Job summary

DFYNE is seeking a Learning & Growth Lead to join its People & Culture team at DFYNE HQ in Uddingston on-site. The role is a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover, designed to build skills, confidence, and future readiness.

I’m Jen, the People & Culture Director of DFYNE, I’m looking for someone who’s going to help me take DFYNE’s People & Culture Team to extraordinary heights and be with me along the full journey.

I’ll be honest, every day is different, and things are constantly changing and updating. It’s busy, there are interruptions galore, but it’s fun and your day goes quickly. We are looking for someone to join the People & Culture team on a fixed term contract for 12 months for maternity cover for our Learning & Growth Lead role. We want you to help build the skills, confidence, and future readiness of our people by creating learning experiences that feel meaningful, practical, and genuinely supportive.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment.

Nice To Have

• Qualification in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Human Resources.
• Coaching qualification or accreditation.
• Qualification in Learning Design, Facilitation, or Instructional Design.
