Key attributes/experience:

  • Passionate about working with are users with Learning Disabilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
  • Ensuring compliance with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
  • Advocating for service users and delivering high-quality person-centred care
  • Assessing and managing complex cases while maintaining professional standards
