Job summary

Evolve Psychology Services in the UK seeks a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to support high-quality autism and ADHD assessments, delivered NHS-funded and private pathways. You will contribute to accurate diagnoses and improve outcomes for families.

You will conduct observations, remote history interviews via Zoom, participate in MDT discussions, deliver feedback, and prepare diagnostic reports. The role is hybrid, with travel to clinic bases as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year' professional registration with one of the regulatory bodies.
• At least 1 year diagnosing autism and/or ADHD in children and/or young people.
• Strong written language skills and the ability to produce clear clinical reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process.
• Carry out remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom.
• Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians where needed.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports, including diagnostic formulations, with smart tools.
• Work efficiently to meet service KPIs.
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to a clinic base to conduct in-person assessments (hybrid).
