Heart of England Mencap is seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centred support to people with learning disabilities across several supported living services in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role requires a full UK driving licence and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, sleeps, and wake nights.

We offer training, development and a competitive hourly rate (£12.88) with enhanced pay for waking nights, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Previous care experience welcomed but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities.
• Help customers develop independence and achieve their goals.
• Travel between services using own driving licence.
