Job summary

Confidential is seeking a compassionate Learning Disabilities Support Worker to assist a 25-year-old young man with learning disabilities, ASD, ADHD and Asthma in day-to-day life. You will provide person-centred care, support daily activities, and help maintain his independence in a supportive home and community setting.

This role requires patience, reliability and the ability to build a positive relationship. Prior experience with learning disabilities is desirable.

Rate: £12.30 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable support worker to support a young adult in their day to day life. The client is a 25-year-old young man with learning disabilities, ASD, ADHD and Asthma. The successful candidate will provide person-centred care and support, helping the individual with daily activities, personal care where required, social activities, communication, and maintaining their independence.

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities is desirable. We are looking for someone who is patient, caring, reliable, and able to build a positive relationship with the young adult.
