Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Residential Home Manager to oversee a new learning disabilities care home in Beccles, Suffolk. The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care and offers a permanent full-time position in a 40-hour week, 9am–5pm, with salary between £40,000 and £45,000.

The role includes managing budgets, developing the team, and delivering outstanding, person-centred care within PBS guidelines and CQC standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the home’s budget and financial targets.
• Recruit, train and motivate a team delivering person-centred care.
• Role model PBS approach across the staff team.
• Contribute to growth and development of the care service.
• Ensure high-quality care while maintaining occupancy and financial targets.
