Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking a Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead (RNLD or RMN) to lead complex community care packages across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. This senior role focuses on ARC, PBS, risk management and high standards of care.

You'll assess and plan, train staff, oversee governance, and work with families and commissioners to deliver safe, least-restrictive and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Registered RNLD or RMN with active NMC registration.
• Experience with learning disabilities, mental health needs or complex care.
• Experience applying ARC or willingness to become ARC Trainer.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and risk assessment skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across complex community care packages.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Deliver ARC training and PBS/behaviour support strategies.
• Coach frontline teams and conduct staff competency assessments.
• Ensure safeguarding, incident investigations and governance.
• Embed ARC principles into care planning and crisis intervention.
