Leaders in Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead (RNLD) to lead clinical excellence across specialist services in the Dorset, Kent, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire regions. We're recruiting for an experienced RNLD to join an Outstanding CQC-rated specialist complex care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs across Dorset, Kent, Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. This is a hybrid role, typically 3 to 4 days in the community and 1 to 2 days working from home each week, offering genuine clinical autonomy and excellent opportunities for career progression as a Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead.
