Are you passionate about driving growth and excellence through strategic learning? We’re seeking an innovative Learning and Development Manager to lead and enhance comprehensive learning programs, supporting people and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and design effective programs.
  • Deliver engaging learning interventions via e-learning, workshops, and more.
  • Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives through feedback and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement with the latest technology in L&D.
  • Manage our academy, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all L&D activities.
  • Support onboarding programs and track training effectiveness.
  • Manage the L&D budget and maintain accurate training records.

What You Bring:

  • Level 5 CIPD or equivalent is a plus.
  • Significant experience in leadership development and L&D initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design.
