Job summary

Sticks'n'Sushi in London is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to own and evolve our UK L&D strategy from induction to leadership development. You will design and deliver engaging programmes, maintain the LMS, and create learning experiences that drive real behaviour change.

Experience with leadership development and facilitating sessions with Ops Managers is expected. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven role offering the chance to shape talent and leadership capability

Responsibilities

• Own and develop UK learning and development approach from induction through to management and leadership development
• Design and deliver engaging development programmes that build capability, confidence and great leadership
• Own and maintain our LMS
• Create learning experiences that drive real behaviour change, not just tick boxes
• Develop our Bigger Fish leadership development offering, helping rising managers prepare for their next step
• Facilitate sessions with experienced Ops Managers
