Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Lead to join a premium fashion brand.

You will be responsible for managing learning programmes, LMS platforms, compliance training, and increasing management capability, as well as delivering successful onboarding of new starters. You will be a strong collaborator, communicator, and facilitator, supporting behavioural change and employee engagement. This role ensures a culture of continuous learning and development, driving performance across all offices in the UK and US.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Design & deliver training programmes/workshops, focusing on management & leadership capability.
  • Support the application of the performance management cycle.
  • Work closely with the Internal Communications & Employee Experience Manager to promote awareness of L&D resources.
  • Manage and optimise digital learning platforms, drive engagement and compliance, and evaluate success.
  • Act as the main contact for enquiries regarding systems or workshops.
  • Maintain L&D tools and resources, including the intranet Learning Hub.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Team to ensure a smooth induction for new team members.

About you:

  • Experience in designing and delivering in-person and virtual experiential learning programs, with interactive content and simulations.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of theory and best practices in Culture & Strategy, Management & Leadership, Personal Growth & Resilience, and Change & Innovation.
  • Certifications in L&D, coaching, or instructional design (e.g., CIPD, ATD).
  • Hands-on management experience supporting and delivering leadership development programs.
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).

This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the office, and 2 days remote. The office is located near Westfield White City/North Acton.
