A leading company in the financial sector is seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator for their Edinburgh office. This position involves managing and coaching a facilitation team, delivering learning content both in person and online, and aligning training with business strategies. Candidates should possess extensive experience in learning and development within the banking industry, particularly related to financial crime. Join us as a Learning & Development Facilitator
Using a variety of techniques, you’ll test the learners’ understanding throughout the sessions, reinforcing key points and adapting the style to make sure they are increasing people’s capabilities. You’ll succeed by adopting an engaging and professional delivery style, using different communicating skills as appropriate for the learners and delivery method.
We’ll look to you to lead a team of facilitators, manage and coach the team to deliver learning interventions that align with business and the enterprise-wide strategy. You’ll also enhance the FinCrime Hub facilitation and delivery strategy, including the service proposition, skills development framework, and delivery standards in line with the FinCrime Hub strategy.

We’ll look to you to have experience of facilitating and delivering outstanding learning and development to a wide range of audiences in a financial organisation, as well as experience of the banking industry, and financial crime regulatory and commercial environment.
