A leading company in customer-centric systems is seeking a Learning and Development professional to collaborate on designing effective training solutions. This role provides opportunities for flexible working and professional development, including support towards CIPD membership. Salary: £34,233 - ACivil Service Pensionwith an employer contribution of 28.97%

The main purpose of the role is to collaborate with L&D Driver colleagues to establish customer needs in order to commission, source, develop and design fit for purpose L&D products in a cost-effective manner in line with the L&D strategy and meeting organisational needs and requirements.

About you
