Job Description

Your role will support the Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent & Culture (T&C) functions by ensuring all L&D administration is conducted accurately and efficiently. You will work on various projects and support T&C initiatives, including creating digital collateral for colleague initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Ability to create digital materials using IT software such as Adobe and Evolve (LMS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to delight guests and provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to work within a team and multitask under pressure.

Desirable

  • Experience in 5-star hotels or similar roles.
  • Understanding of the luxury sector.
  • Experience with Mapal Learning Management System (Flow Learning).
