Job Description:

Opportunity with a leading national charity and household name, joining the Learning and Development team as a Learning and Development Assistant.

The role supports the L&D Advisor to manage training requests and course bookings, update the HR system, and respond to day to day queries relating to L&D matters whilst managing the inbox.

They are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering great customer service to their employees.

This is a temp to perm role that comes with hybrid working – one office day each week in the City.

We can consider those already with a background in L&D, or those looking to get into this field with HR or customer service administration experience but you must be available to start immediately.
