• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating L&D programmes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience supporting apprenticeship schemes or talent development initiatives.
• Proactive, innovative approach to learning, development and organisational change.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Passionate about developing people and positive employee experiences.
