Role Overview
As our Learning & Development Advisor – UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating employee training programmes, onboarding sessions, and service excellence initiatives.
This role plays a key part in shaping the talent and skills of our teams, directly contributing to POP MART’s growth and outstanding customer experience across the UK & Ireland. You will work closely with the Regional L&D team, Store Managers, HR, and Operations to embed a strong learning culture at every level of the business.
We’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping others grow. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, creative environment and bring strong communication and organisational skills to support learning across a multi-site retail network.
