University of Suffolk is seeking a Learning Data Analyst in Ipswich to collect and analyse data from across institutional platforms and support course evaluation and monitoring. You will develop mechanisms for accurate and timely monitoring of student progress, satisfaction and outcomes, and create dashboards and detailed analyses for stakeholders.
The role is permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week, with a Band 4 salary of £33,002 to £36,636 per annum and a pay award pending.

Based in the Directorate of Education and Student Experience, you will work closely with colleagues across the institution (including academic course teams, Student Life, Registry, Access and Engagement, Research and Evaluation, and Educational Development team) to support course evaluation and monitoring processes and review the impact of interventions and longer-term support programmes.
You will support the directorate in the delivery of services which contribute to continuous monitoring of the quality of the student experience and outcomes. Your support contributes to essential mechanisms which ensure we provide a consistently high-quality learning experience and comply with regulatory standards.
We are looking for a Learning Data Analyst who under the supervision of the Head of Quality Enhancement and TEF, will collect and analyse data from across institutional platforms and systems and develop mechanisms to enable accurate and timely monitoring of student progress, satisfaction, and outcome measures. You will work with colleagues across the institution to support evaluation and monitoring processes and review the impact of quality enhancement interventions. You will thrive in an evolving environment and knowledge and experience of selecting and applying a wide range of statistical techniques accurately, creating and maintaining data dashboards, delivering detailed analyses and comprehensible reports to stakeholders.
