Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join the Capability & Digital Learning team in Yeovil. You will keep learning systems and processes running smoothly, act as a first point of contact for queries, and investigate issues to deliver practical solutions across the business.

You’ll work with learning data, coordinate activities, and support external suppliers, leveraging LMS experience or strong systems background with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning management systems is preferred.
• Strong systems experience and attention to detail are valued.
• Curiosity and determination to troubleshoot problems and find solutions.

Are you someone who loves getting to the bottom of a problem? Do you enjoy working with systems, digging into data and finding solutions when something isn’t working quite as it should?

We’re looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our Capability & Digital Learning team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our learning systems and processes running smoothly, acting as a first point of contact for queries, investigating issues and finding practical solutions for colleagues across the business.

You’ll also work with learning data and reporting, coordinate learning activity, support external suppliers and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Previous Learning Management System experience would be hugely beneficial, but we’re equally interested in people with strong systems experience, great attention to detail and, most importantly, the curiosity and determination to work through a problem and find the answer.
