Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd in Yeovil is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join our HR Systems team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining SAP HR, while helping deliver efficient HR services across the business.

You will ensure people data is accurate and secure, provide first-line support for system queries, resolve access and data issues, and support reporting activities using SAP, Excel and Power Query.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining SAP HR data and HR systems.
• Ability to provide frontline system support and resolve access issues.
• Experience with HR reporting in Excel/Power Query.

This is a great opportunity to join our HR Systems team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in a varied and fast-paced role. You'll play a key part in supporting and maintaining our HR systems, primarily SAP HR, while helping to deliver efficient HR services across the business.

You'll be responsible for ensuring people data is accurate, secure and well maintained, providing first-line support for system queries, resolving access and employee data issues, and supporting reporting activities. Working across SAP, Excel and Power Query, you'll monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies and help ensure the information we provide is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose. You'll help improve processes to keep things accurate, efficient and compliant.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with systems and data and has a naturally curious mindset. You'll have the freedom to investigate issues, solve problems and take ownership of your work, while being part of a small, supportive team and building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the wider business.
