Job summary

NovaKid - Novakidschool is seeking a Learning Content Editor to turn lesson content into engaging, effective learning. Review drafts and lessons, ensuring clarity and appropriate level for children aged 4–12, working with content creators, project managers and proofreaders.

You will identify awkward phrasing, ensure logical flow, pacing and age suitability, and propose concrete improvements. Fully remote, global team, AI-assisted editorial review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to education or language.
• Minimum 3 years editing or developing educational content.
• Native-level English with natural phrasing.
• Clear, constructive communication and ability to explain editorial decisions.
• Experience with English language learning materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check that activities teach, practise and assess the learning outcomes.
• Assess flow, scaffolding, pacing, and age suitability.
• Identify opportunities to make lessons more engaging.
• Review slides, instructions, teacher notes and interactions.
• Identify unnatural or overly formulaic English.
• Provide suggested changes and track revisions.
