Job summary

Calex UK is seeking an experienced Learning Content Designer to join the Commercial Learning Design and Delivery Team. You will design, develop and continuously improve high-quality learning materials for face-to-face, blended and digital delivery, ensuring accessibility and brand alignment.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders and delivery partners to deliver learner-centred content and practical materials, while meeting deadlines and maintaining templates and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design or training content creation.
• Understanding of adult learning and accessible design.
• Ability to translate complex information into engaging learning content.
• Strong writing, editing and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with SCORM and learning technologies.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning content from requirements to build and launch.
• Clarify objectives with leads and subject matter experts.
• Create clear, engaging learning materials for learners and facilitators.
• Meet deadlines and quality standards across projects.
• Review work with feedback from stakeholders and experts.
• Support QA and ensure brand alignment and accessibility.
• Suggest improvements from feedback and learner insights.
• Maintain content files and version control within team processes.
• Share ideas to improve templates and reusable assets.
• Ensure materials align with Ford and Henry Ford Academy standards.
