Job summary

Bath College is hiring to provide effective support to learners with additional needs in lessons and across the college environment. The role focuses on promoting learner independence, confidence and achievement, and enabling development of strategies for long-term success.

You will work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment while upholding safeguarding and wellbeing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Commitment to inclusion and learner success.
• Ability to support learners with additional needs in lessons and college environment.
• Willingness to undertake professional development including Level 5 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support to learners with additional needs in lessons and across the college environment.
