Krishna Avanti Primary School is seeking a Learning Coach to support learning across whole-class, small-group and 1:1 settings. The role is part-time (approximately 0.73 FTE) with a November 2026 start, spanning different groups and settings, including pupils with SEND or English as an additional language.

A DBS check is required and visa sponsorship is not available. The Learning Coach will work with teachers, leaders and families to identify needs, observe progress and provide constructive

• Experience of general administrative work such as photocopying and laminating.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to observe, monitor and give constructive feedback on children's progress.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of all students.

Description du poste

Krishna Avanti Primary School is recruiting a Learning Coach to work alongside class teachers in the classroom. The post centres on whole-class, small-group and one-to-one support, helping pupils access the curriculum and build confidence and independence. It is a part-time role at around 0.73 FTE, starting in November 2026, with work spread across different groups and settings, including pupils with SEND or English as an additional language. Visa sponsorship is not available, and an enhanced DBS check is required.
