St John Vianney Catholic Primary School, Hartlepool is seeking a Learning and Care Practitioner to support pupils with their learning and care needs and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for all pupils.

Under the supervision of the class teacher and SENDCo, you will assist with day-to-day learning and care, prepare resources, support individual or small group work, and help maintain a safe and orderly classroom. A proactive, patient approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or classroom settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Commitment to promoting positive behaviour and safe learning environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day Learning and Care of pupils under the supervision of the class teacher and SENDCo.
• Prepare resources and support individual or small group work to aid progress.
• Support social and emotional development and help maintain classroom routines.
