Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups to help them stay focused and build learning habits
• Work alongside teachers to help students re-engage with learning and overcome barriers to success
• Help create a calm, nurturing environment where students feel safe, valued and ready to succeed
• Support students with SEND, SEMH needs or previous difficulties in mainstream education
• Work with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide personalised support
