Note: As this is a part-time, term-time position, your salary will be prorated based on hours and weeks worked. If you start during the normal school session, an adjustment will be made to reduce your first pay, as you are not entitled to holiday pay. After this adjustment, you will receive a 12th of your annual salary per month.
You will receive an email from payroll before your first pay to inform you of any deductions. If you start on the first day of term, this adjustment will not apply.
Learning Assistants work collaboratively within the school team or a specialist educational service, under the supervision of the Head Teacher or designated manager. They promote effective learning, teaching, personal development, health, well-being, and create an atmosphere of achievement.
