Job summary

Mablethorpe Primary Academy, part of Coast and Vale Learning Trust, invites two Learning Assistants to join our team in KS1 and KS2. The roles are fixed-term until the end of the current academic year, Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours, term time only (39 weeks).

You will work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with special educational needs, modelling professional behaviour and supporting learning in a caring environment. Visits to the academy can be arranged prior to interview.

Job description

We are looking for two 1 to 1 Learning Assistants to join our team here at Mablethorpe Primary Academy.

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint two enthusiastic and caring Learning Assistants, one to work in Key Stage 1 and one in Key Stage 2 on a fixed term basis until the end of the current academic year.

The appointed Learning Assistants will be required to work with the pupils on a 1:1 basis or with small groups of children with special educational needs if required. You will be a professional role model to the pupils, with the skills and confidence to challenge and motivate.
