Job summary

Workspace Group is seeking a Learning & Training Partner to shape learning across the business, partnering with teams to deliver engaging training and support career development and create a culture where people are always learning.

You’ll drive the learning agenda by identifying capability gaps, designing development programmes and facilitating training that makes a real difference, from onboarding to supporting change and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training or People Development.
• Confident facilitator who can engage audiences at all levels.
