Are you experienced in facilitating and delivering engaging learning and organisational development programmes to customers, colleagues, and managers?
We are excited to announce a new vacancy to join the Learning & Organisational Development Team (LOD Team) at Platform Housing Group. We are looking for a LOD Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
We have several key projects to support, as well as objectives to deliver our Colleague Strategy and cultural transformation, so we need to expand our LOD team. We seek inspirational individuals to help set colleagues, teams, and the organization up for success.
You will work within a strategic, future-focused, proactive, highly valued Learning & Organisational Development (LOD) Team. Your responsibilities include enabling a culture of continuous learning, unlocking potential, managing talent, developing management and leadership capability, and embedding our values and behaviors into our Platform DNA.
This role involves supporting the Design & Delivery team, L&OD Business Partners, and Line Managers in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, developing talent, and building our future as a safe and compliant workplace.
Requirements:
This role is home-based but requires travel to our offices in Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, and Central Park, Worcester, for training sessions. Flexibility to meet business and project needs is essential.
