What We Do:The primary goal of this role is to support the Staff Training Team in their mission to deliver high-quality training programs across all GBS locations.


About the Role:

  • Designing and delivering a wide range of training content to our stakeholders
  • Facilitating face to face and virtual workshops
  • Carrying out learning needs analysis where required
  • Communicate with key stakeholders in various departments and own processes
  • Deliver training sessions with confidence and autonomy

About you:

  • Demonstratable experience in a similar learning and development role
  • Strong communications skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others exceed in their roles
  • Experience of training delivery
  • Possess a solution-focused and growth mindset
  • Experience of content creation and design
  • Confident facilitation skills across audiences of varying seniority

Desirable:

  • Proven, substantial experience in a learning and development role
  • CIPD Level 3 (or above) in Learning & Development. Or willingness to undertake a CIPD qualification , or equivalent (following probation): ILM/CMI, to align with the team’s development pathway
