Position: Learning and Development Officer (Operations Staff and Apprenticeships)
Reports to: Learning and Development Operations Lead
Location: Hybrid working in West London Office
Contract: Permanent
Pattern: Full Time (9am – 5.30pm)

Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 (depending on experience)
The Learning and Development Officer will ensure the smooth delivery of Ark Learning Institute’s programmes, focusing on operations staff and apprenticeships. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and delivering face-to-face and virtual learning events, acting as a liaison with external providers and participants. You will monitor engagement, ensure quality, and support initiatives like needs analysis and training design, including e-learning. The role offers personalized development and funded professional qualifications.
This position reports to the Learning and Development Operations Lead and is part of the ALI Delivery Team. It is a hybrid, full-time role based in West London, with in-person interviews scheduled for the week commencing 2nd June.
