Job summary

East Durham College is seeking a role focused on delivering an ambitious staff development programme to drive an ambitious curriculum. The post covers identifying, planning, sourcing and delivering CPD to all areas of the business to fill skills gaps and develop a highly skilled workforce.

The role involves leading college initiatives from a CPD perspective and developing effective CPD to support the curriculum across campuses in the North East region.

Qualifications

• GCSE level standard education in maths and English or equivalent.
• IT qualification or demonstrable experience in IT.

Job description

Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all bydriving the College Staff Development Programme and support an Ambitious Curriculum through the identification, planning, sourcing and delivery of effective and relevant CPD to all areas of the business to fill skills gaps and develop a highly skilled workforce. Leading on college initiatives from a CPD perspective and developing effective CPD to support.
