Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth. They are investing in organisational development and capability-building initiatives and are seeking an experienced learning professional to lead the design and delivery of impactful leadership development programmes across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, this role will be responsible for identifying learning needs, developing strategic solutions aligned with the 70:20:10 model, and evaluating outcomes to ensure measurable impact. You will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders at all levels to embed a culture of continuous learning and drive capability uplift across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced learning and development specialist with a strong track record of managing the full learning cycle. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment and have a passion for creating meaningful, blended learning solutions. Strong facilitation, learning design, and project management capabilities are key, along with a collaborative, open-minded approach and resilience to manage complexity.
