With clubs in London and The Bahamas, and new locations including New York and St Tropez planned for 2027, we are looking for an experienced and engagingLearning & Development Managerto help us develop our people and bring the Purple Dragon culture to life.
The Role
Working closely with our Group Head of People & Culture and operational leaders, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and continually improving learning and development across Purple Dragon and our UK Nexus brands.
This is ahands-on L&D role. We are looking for someone who loves creating great learning, but who is equally happy being out in the clubs, observing teams, facilitating workshops, coaching managers and understanding what our people need to perform at their best.
You will support learning across the employee journey – from induction and onboarding through to service excellence, behavioural skills, management development, compliance and ongoing professional development. Most importantly, you will help our teams understand not onlywhat we do, but why we do it and how we do it.
