Learning & Development Business Partner

This is a newly created role within the People team. You will work closely with an L&D Administrator, HR, and Talent teams. Your role is to business partner with senior leaders, oversee the L&D function, and deliver high-quality learning experiences to meet business and colleague needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an L&D team
• Create and implement a 5-year L&D strategy
• Support apprenticeship strategy, utilizing apprenticeship levy and aligning with business objectives for long-term talent development
