Learning & Development Business Partner
This is a newly created role within the People team. You will work closely with an L&D Administrator, HR, and Talent teams. Your role is to business partner with senior leaders, oversee the L&D function, and deliver high-quality learning experiences to meet business and colleague needs.

The role is primarily office-based with some flexibility for home working. Expect to work mainly on-site at various locations in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and the South Coast. A driver's license is essential for travel between sites.

Family-owned and operated business.
Teaching or learning development qualification or equivalent. Full, current driver's license. Proven experience in delivering innovative training in a multi-site environment. Confident presenter and effective leader with experience coaching and mentoring. Skilled in IT, training delivery, job evaluation, skills matrices, and apprenticeship management. Excellent written skills required.
