Job summary

Travel Chapter is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to lead day-to-day learning delivery across the business. You will shape engaging learning experiences, identify capability gaps and implement scalable development solutions that support our people and wider strategy.

The role emphasizes creating modern, accessible learning content using digital tools and platforms across a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning and Development, Training or People Development roles.
• Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System.
• Strong experience creating digital learning content and delivering engaging training.
• Proactive approach to identifying skills gaps and designing practical development solutions.

• Experience with instructional design, digital authoring tools or learning technologies would be advantageous

We are particularly keen to find someone who is confident using digital learning tools and platforms, and who enjoys creating modern, accessible learning content that can be delivered effectively across a growing organisation.
