Milk Education is recruiting a Learning Confidence Mentor to support pupils in welcoming Primary Schools, starting in September. The role helps children build self-esteem, resilience and engagement in learning, with a focus on confidence building and positive attitudes toward education.

We’re currently recruiting for a Learning Confidence Mentor to work within welcoming and supportive Primary Schools, starting in September.

As a Learning Confidence Mentor, you’ll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping to build their self-esteem, resilience and engagement with learning. You’ll play a key role in encouraging children to develop a positive mindset and the confidence needed to thrive both academically and personally.
This role is particularly suited to individuals considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, SEND, speech and language therapy, social work, counselling or youth work.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience and the requirements of the assignment.
