College of West Anglia is seeking a Learner Support Officer (Term-time) in Kings Lynn to assist learners with SEN in maths, English and independent living skills.
You will work within the additional learning support team, contributing to a supportive, inclusive environment while the college delivers high-quality training and development opportunities. This is a permanent/term-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

HOURS: 21 to 35 hours per week (term-time plus up to 5 paid training days per annum)
SALARY: £13.38 - £13.59 per hour (plus a holiday enhancement of £2.66 to £2.69 per hour) (£25,749 - £26,149 per annum FTE)

Learner support officers within the additional learning support team will support a range of students both within and outside of the classroom. These are varied roles where you can expect to work with learners with educational health and care plans or recognised special educational needs in areas such as maths, English, sessions developing independent living skills and more. No two days are the same.
