Role Overview:

The Learner Services Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall success and well-being of our students. This position requires a candidate who is passionate about education and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of learner services staff to deliver exceptional support to students

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student experience and promote student success

Coordinate student enrolment, induction, and ongoing support services

Collaborate with academic staff to address student needs and concerns effectively

Monitor and evaluate learner services programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance with regulations

Provide leadership and guidance on student welfare and safeguarding issues

Qualifications and Skills:

A relevant degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field

Previous experience in student services or a similar role within the education sector

Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of student welfare and safeguarding practices

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Competitive salary within the range of £29,014 to £32,668 per Annum
