Dudley College of Technology is seeking a Learner Services Assistant on a fixed-term maternity cover to provide first-line responses to learner queries, processing applications and liaising with curriculum teams to support Learner Services. You will contribute to information, advice and guidance for current and potential learners.

The role supports on-campus learner services and requires a commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities within a further education setting.

Learner Services Assistant, fixed term maternity cover

£26,033 - £26,812 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the college Learner Services team. The successful candidate will act as first line response in dealing with all Learner Services queries. To process applications and liaise with curriculum where required for all Learner Services functions. To contribute to an information, advice, and guidance service for current and potential learners.
