Qualifications

• Experience in learner support or student services within education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to learners on course information, enrolment, and progression.
• Maintain accurate learner records and update databases in line with data protection standards.
• Assist with induction processes and help learners access resources and support.
• Coordinate learner support with academic and administrative teams.
• Signpost learners to counselling, financial advice, and careers guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learner services through feedback.
• Support compliance with regulatory and funding body requirements through accurate records.
• Provide specialist support to learners with EHCPs.
