Access Education Group in London is seeking a Learner Services Advisor to support learners throughout their education journey. You will be the first point of contact, offering guidance on course information, enrolment, progression, and accessing resources and support services.

This role focuses on high needs funded learners, requires accurate record-keeping, collaboration with academic and administrative teams, induction support, safeguarding and data protection awareness, and signposting to

Qualifications

• Experience in learner support or student services within education.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with learners.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office and LMS.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Empathy and passion for helping learners succeed.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on course information, enrolment and progression.
• Maintain accurate learner records and update databases.
• Assist with induction and help learners access resources and support services.
• Collaborate with academic and admin teams to coordinate learner support.
• Signpost to counselling, financial advice and careers guidance.
• Contribute to service improvements through feedback.
• Support regulatory and funding reporting through accurate record-keeping.
