Draken Europe seeks an experienced Captain for Learjet 60XR missions, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient operations while briefing and executing specialised flight profiles with military assets.

You will collaborate with crew to meet stringent defence objectives, uphold top safety standards, and drive the evolving electronic warfare program. A strong leadership background and security-clearance eligibility are essential.

Formación

• ATPL(A) license required or equivalent fATPL(A).
• Minimum 1,500 hours total time and 1,000 hours PIC.
• Multi-Engine IR; MCC and AUPRT training/certifications.
• Proven tactical military captaincy and airborne leadership.
• Eligible for UK MOD security clearances (subject to nationality).
• Team-first mindset with strong safety focus.

• Plan, brief, and execute specialised flight profiles, including formation flying and low-level operations alongside military assets.
• Work closely with fellow crew to meet demanding mission objectives for government and defence customers.
• Uphold the highest professional and safety standards, advocating best practice and robust CRM.
• Help develop the new L60XR fleet and its evolving electronic warfare capability, contributing to airborne procedures and tactics.
• Represent Draken Europe with professionalism, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

What you'll bring

• UK CAA ATPL(A) or fATPL(A), and a current UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
• Minimum 1,500 hours total time and 1,000 hours PIC.
• Current or previously held Multi-Engine IR; completed MCC and AUPRT courses.
• Proven tactical military captaincy experience and strong airborne leadership.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK MOD security clearances (subject to nationality restrictions).
