Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary centre in Cheltenham on a long-term, full-time basis. The role focuses on providing tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities, helping them access learning and participate in class.

Work closely with class teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and foster positive relationships that support social and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children (minimum 30 days within the past 2 years).
• Proactive and patient approach to working with young learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Position: Long-term , Full-time

PayRate: £95-£115 perday (Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot)

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant full-time, who has the relevant experience to join a vibrant team within a Secondary Centre in Cheltenham.
