Job summary

Leonardo UK in Edinburgh is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead cross-functional improvement projects across manufacturing. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies to identify bottlenecks, drive efficiency and quality, and embed a culture of problem-solving.

You will develop KPIs and coach teams to deliver measurable gains. We value an engineering background, strong facilitation skills, data-driven mindset and a track record of delivering tangible improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Ability to translate data into actionable process improvements.
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Analyse workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimisation.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure success of improvement initiatives.
