Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing/engineering operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activity across manufacturing and engineering, ensuring delivery commitments are met.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement using Lean principles, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including quality, on-time delivery, and efficiency.
• Support resource planning to align capacity with customer demand and improve process flow.
• Partner with senior leadership to strengthen budget awareness and cost control while protecting quality.
• Promote Health and Safety culture and support compliance across operations.
