Job summary

Alexander Dennis Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production, lead line-side improvements and drive cost-effective changes. You will work on day-to-day build issues, identify root causes, and implement practical improvements that enhance safety, quality and delivery.

You'll contribute to production readiness and NPI projects while leveraging your engineering background to sustain lean, efficient operations across the assembly lines.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical or electrical technical knowledge.
• Experience with production change control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Be at the heart of production, supporting lineside teams to keep builds moving safely and efficiently.
• Investigate day-to-day build and process issues and identify root causes.
• Turn practical ideas into improvements impacting safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Support production readiness, process changes and NPI projects.
