Qualifications

• Significant manufacturing experience in a production environment, with assembly experience.
• Recognised manufacturing engineering training; training provided.
• Experience with Lean principles is preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Project is essential.
• Ability to use CATIA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve value stream related production issues and determine the most economical method of manufacture.
• Compile process planning for a defined area and define tooling requirements for new products or modifications.
• Assist in defining manufacturing facilities and equipment requirements.
• Support introduction of new facilities and equipment.
• Define, implement and report key projects/CI programmes within a defined area.
• Maintain interfaces with internal and external stakeholders from operators to senior management.
