Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, and Lean leadership.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Lean certification is a plus; hands-on Lean implementation experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sponsor cost productivity goals and foster a culture of Operational Excellence.
• Lead Integrated Deck Building Workshops to identify and prioritize cost-saving initiatives.
• Execute breakthrough projects through Kaizen events using Lean tools.
• Implement and improve systems to sustain performance and enable continuous improvement.
• Provide training while mentoring future operational and Lean practitioners.
• Drive process changes effectively through training, communication, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve cost productivity targets.
